Lauschi (“the app”) is operated by Hung Long Vu, sole proprietor, Japan. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.

1Licence

The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). The points below add to the EULA; if they conflict, the EULA prevails as far as the licence of the app is concerned.

2Subscriptions and auto-renewal

• Lauschi offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices and periods are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3Free trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and is charged automatically.

4Cancellation and management

You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Lauschi, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Lauschi account does not cancel a subscription.

5Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6Content

Video clips in Lauschi come from creators who openly license their work under Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY), from creators who have given us permission, and from embedded YouTube videos. Attribution (creator and licence) is shown in the app for each clip. The rights in the clips remain with their creators. Translations, meanings and grammar notes are provided to help you learn and may contain mistakes; please report them in the app.

7Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, download, redistribute or resell clips or other content from the app;
• reverse engineer, scrape or automatically access the app or its servers, except as permitted by law;
• interfere with the security or operation of the service or other users' use of it;
• use the app for any unlawful purpose or send abusive, misleading or unlawful reports.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

8Availability and liability

We work to keep Lauschi available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that every clip stays available. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

9Changes

We may update these terms when the app or the law changes. We will publish the new version on this page with a new date and inform you in the app about significant changes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
